Transparent booking and refund terms.
We keep refund handling simple and fair. Because consultations often reserve a time slot and preparation work, refunds depend on the service stage and cancellation timing.
Before the consultation
If a booking is cancelled before the consultation time begins, we will review the case and issue a refund or reschedule based on the service arrangement.
After the consultation starts
Once consultation work has started, completed or shared in full, refunds are generally not available.
Service issues
If something went wrong with scheduling or delivery, please contact us immediately so we can review and resolve it fairly.
